CNC Booster Machine

In normal bending process, the tube wall thickness at the outer angle due to material elongation and wrinkles at inner angle by inner squeeze. The tube bender equips rear booster force, with the help of side boosting (pressure die booster), which can be easily adjusted as per with material nature, bending degree, bending speed, etc. This CNC Booster Machine take bending to the top level. It is used in conjunction with a hydraulic CNC machine, help the parts to be perfectly repeated with low process times and removes the possibility for human error.
